AI Assistants

Beyond the Chatbot

Learning requires dialogue. We built an AI that converses at the learner's level, not an overpowered search tool, not a bolted-on generic bot, but a Coach, an Accomplice, and a Sparring Partner. Three roles. One engine. Grounded in curated, human-written content.

The effectiveness of AI Assistants hinges on the precise alignment between human intention and the AI's execution capabilities.

Context Changes Everything

The AI engine remains constant. The context changes. The Coach guides. The Accomplice explores. The Sparring Partner tests.
A single, static prompt window cannot serve a learner through comprehension, practice, and application. We built three AI environments to match the learner's journey.

AI as Coach

The AI Coach lives inside your course pages. Built-in coaching primers tie to the specific lesson, so every conversation starts with context. Ask a question. Get an answer grounded in the curriculum. Challenge a concept. Follow a thread you didn't expect. The Coach meets you at the point of curiosity and builds understanding from there.

AI as Accomplice

The Accomplice works in the AI Sandbox. Don't finish a module with a quiz. Finish with a chance to try concepts. Bring a real project. Try a prompt strategy. Follow a hunch. A drafting board captures your thinking as you go. Nothing breaks here. That is the point.

The Sandbox doesn't grade answers. It measures the quality of the interaction. Trial and error is not a risk here. It is the method.

AI as Sparring Partner

The Sparring Partner waits in the AI Lab. Bring a business challenge. Draft a specification. The AI pushes back on your assumptions. You revise. You test again. This is Build, Test, Learn in practice.

Sample prompts provide a starting point. Output templates give structure. The drafting board becomes your workspace. What you build in the Lab returns to your desk. Not as a certificate. As practiced capability."

AI Assistants

Intelligence, Not Just Analytics

Traditional LMS reporting tracks clicks. Our analytics track comprehension. Every dialogue generates anonymized, aggregated insight. Where learners struggle. Where they break through.

Where the real questions live. Business intelligence drawn from the learning itself.

AI Assistants

The AI Assistants are the course artifact. They don't expire when the course ends.

Return to the Coach to clarify understanding. Return to the Sandbox to rebuild assurance before a new challenge. Return to the Lab to apply a framework to a situation that didn't exist when you took the course. The knowledge stays. The dialog continues.

     AI Assistants

Two published books and in-depth research materials

Every response across all three roles draws from the Assisting Intelligence knowledge canon: two published books, in-depth reference materials, and supplementary research. All human-written. This is an AI with something worth saying because a human took the time to write it down.

     AI Assistants

The AI Assistant knows the course and knows your business.

We integrate your content alongside the curriculum. Your onboarding playbook. Your brand voice. Your compliance rules. Your sales methodology. Every response draws from your approved canon.

AI Assistants

Learner First. Always

Your conversations with the AI are anonymized. Your drafting board notes are private to your browser. They are not stored on our platform, not accessible by the AI, and not visible to anyone but you. You practice in private. You apply in the real world. What happens in between is yours.

For enterprise programs, reporting draws from aggregate interaction patterns. Leadership sees how the organization learns. They never see how any one person learns.

Frequently asked questions AI Assistant

What makes your AI Assistant different from a chatbot or the AI tools my team already uses?

The AI Assistant is not a feature we added to the courses. It is the reason these courses exist.

Every framework taught in this program was designed to be practiced with an AI. The assistant is trained on hundreds of hours of tested interactions and grounded in two books of original research. It knows the Intentional AI Style framework, the four primers, the playbooks, and the progression from passive usage to intentional practice. When a learner engages with it, they are not searching a knowledge base. They are working with an agent that understands the methodology and challenges them to apply it.

Most AI tools your team uses today are general-purpose. They answer questions. Ours asks them. The difference between a vending machine and a sparring partner is not a metaphor in this program. It is the operating principle.

What happens with the data from my interactions with the AI Assistant?

For Individual Courses and Subscription Programs

Your interactions with the AI assistant are anonymized and handled in accordance with standard privacy practices. Lab exercises, playbook work, and other content you create stay private to your browser. They are not accessible by the AI, not stored on the Assisting Intelligence platform, and not visible to anyone but you.

You practice in private. You apply in the real world. What happens in between is yours.

For Enterprise and Bespoke Programs

The Quarterly AI Intelligence Reports are built from anonymized, aggregate interaction data. Leadership sees patterns: what topics teams are engaging with, where questions cluster, what gaps persist across the organization. They do not see individual conversations, individual prompts, or individual responses. The reporting reveals how the organization is thinking about AI. It does not reveal how any one person is thinking about it.

Data handling, retention, and access controls are defined during the scoping process and documented in your agreement.

Can my team use the AI Assistant outside of the course lessons?

Yes. That is the point.

Effective AI Literacy is not built inside a course module. It is built when a learner faces a real challenge, returns to the assistant, and applies the frameworks to a live situation. The AI assistants, playbooks, and resources are available to any active user at any time.

We design for return visits. As a learner's knowledge grows, as their role shifts, as new AI capabilities emerge, the assistant is trained on the complete AI literacy program and ready to meet them where they are. The first conversation is about foundations. The tenth is about strategy. The assistant handles both.
